The strong American had Donovan Donovan so Girl love with producer Mickie Most, he developed an eclectic but very successful style that featured a distinctive blend of folk, jazz, pop, psychedelia and world music. He is also a very fine acoustic guitarist and self-accompanist, a talent that is often overlooked (as it so often is with Dylan). Donovan withdrew from performing and recording several times during his long career, but underwent a strong revival of interest in the Nineties with the American Epic Records label and joining forces with producer Mickie Most, he developed an eclectic but very successful style that featured a distinctive blend of folk, jazz, pop, psychedelia and world music.
